My name is Tesna. I’m Indonesian and currently work at a very remote place, somewhere in West Papua, Indonesia. It’s about 3000km from my hometown, Jakarta.
I created this site just for fun, killing the time and trying to keep up with one of my hobbies, anything technology related. There is nothing much I could do here, apart than watching TV and browsing the net
This is the first time I got a site with my own domain name. I started creating a web page around the year 1999/2000, I created a personal site with Microsoft Frontpage on tripod. The site still online now, but for some reason I don’t want to publish it yet. I’m quite surprised the site is still online, although I haven’t update it for ages. I even forgot what’s the password.
Then around 2003 I create my first site/blog, running on blogcms engine, hosted old pentium II 400 computer, running linux and using my ADSL connection at home back when I was still on college in Melbourne, Australia. That’s the first time I’m interested in linux. After a while I moved the content to free webhost provider, providing php+mysql support. But it only lasts few months, after that they stopped the service. So after that I pretty much absent from the web site/blogging world.
On early 2008, when I feel bored with my life in here, I’ve been here for just 5 months at that time, but it feels like forever. Then I decided to create this site. Voila, this site is created.
